CASE ELIGIBILITY

Where this service fits.

Defamatory or demonstrably false statements
Privacy violations and exposed personal data
Impersonation and identity misuse
Unauthorized copyrighted media
Targeted harassment or threats
Leaked or non-consensual media

A removal request succeeds on specificity

Platforms do not remove content simply because it is unwanted or damaging. A defensible request identifies the exact statement or media, the applicable rule or right, the reporter’s standing, and the evidence supporting every material claim. One strong ground is usually better than a list of weak ones.

Our review separates protected criticism from actionable impersonation, privacy exposure, threats, copyright misuse, and provably false factual claims. Requests without legitimate policy or legal grounds are declined.

Individual posts and coordinated campaigns

A single post can be assessed in isolation. Coordinated campaigns require a relationship map: origin account, repeat posters, quoted copies, linked media, and off-platform mirrors. This prevents fragmented reporting and helps the evidence show the actual pattern.

For large matters, URLs are triaged by severity and removability. Immediate-safety issues, exposed personal data, and unauthorized intimate media take priority over reputation-only content.

CASE PROTOCOL

How the case works.

01

Preserve

Capture the content, context, timestamps, and account identity before anything changes.

02

Qualify

Match each URL to the strongest applicable policy, privacy, IP, or legal ground.

03

Submit

Prepare a precise report that avoids overclaiming and proves the reporter’s authority.

04

Track

Record responses, correct procedural gaps, and escalate only where a valid route exists.

DUE DILIGENCE

Before you start.

01Can you remove criticism or a negative opinion?

Not merely because it is negative. The content must have a legitimate platform-policy, rights, privacy, or legal basis. Lawful opinion and fair criticism generally do not qualify.

02Can you work with one post or a bulk list?

Both. Every URL is reviewed independently, then related content is grouped so the strongest evidence and reporting route are used consistently.

03Is a court order always required?

No. Many privacy, impersonation, harassment, and copyright cases have platform reporting routes. Some disputed defamation matters may require formal legal advice or an order in the relevant jurisdiction.
