Authorized use
You may request assistance only when you are the account owner, affected subject, rights holder, authorized representative, or another party legally entitled to act. All facts and evidence you provide must be truthful.
Prohibited requests
Do not request unauthorized access, credential acquisition, false reports, fabricated copyright or trademark claims, retaliation against lawful criticism, harassment, or any action that violates law or platform rules.
Third-party decisions
Platforms, hosts, registrars, search engines, marketplaces, and other providers make independent decisions. Timelines and outcomes cannot be guaranteed unless a written engagement expressly defines a limited refund or warranty term.
Engagement scope
Pricing, deliverables, payment method, escrow, timing estimates, evidence requirements, and any case-specific terms must be confirmed in writing before paid work begins.
Optional paid assessment
Online checkout is not open and no assessment fee can be collected through this website. If separately agreed, an instant-assessment fee covers the stated case review only. Account recovery, content removal and further work require a separate agreement. Any fee, delivery terms and refund terms must be confirmed before payment. Booking and email confirmation do not guarantee an immediate platform outcome. Crypto confirmations and fees vary by network. A checkout redirect or payment screenshot is not proof of payment; confirmation depends on the payment gateway's verified record.
Intellectual property
The website design, original text, and X VAULT branding may not be copied or represented as another provider's work without written permission. Named platform marks belong to their respective owners.
