How X VAULT handles information shared during website and case intake.

This policy covers website enquiries. The guided enquiry stays in browser memory until you copy, download or send it through Telegram. Downloads are saved to your own device. Online checkout is disabled: this website cannot submit case details to a payment backend, collect payments or send order emails. Telegram is a separate service with its own terms and privacy policy.
Website technology
The site does not include advertising trackers or third-party analytics. This deployment has no case or payment database and sets no checkout cookie. The site uses hosting-provided IP country estimates to apply the site’s access policy. The application does not save those estimates in a visitor database. Unknown regions are denied. Location estimates can be inaccurate, and VPNs can change the apparent region. Service popups store a shown or dismissed preference in sessionStorage for the current browser tab. Click sounds use a localStorage on/off preference. These preferences contain no case brief or contact details; sounds are generated on your device after an interaction. Hosting providers may process IP addresses, request details and access-control information to deliver and secure the site.
Payments and email
No payment gateway or email delivery service is connected to this website. If paid work is agreed separately, its payment method, providers, information handling and terms must be disclosed before payment. Public blockchain transactions, if used, can expose transaction information.
Information you provide
You may provide public account handles, URLs, platform notices, incident dates, and a description of the issue. Do not send passwords, one-time codes, session cookies, private keys, or unrelated identity documents.
How information is used
Information is used to assess eligibility, verify authority, prepare an agreed case, communicate about the matter, prevent abuse, and meet applicable legal or accounting obligations.
Sharing
Case information may be shared with a platform, registrar, host, search engine, marketplace escrow service, counsel, or another provider only as required for the agreed route and with appropriate authority. Information is not sold as an advertising list.
Retention and security
Records are limited to what is reasonably needed for assessment, delivery, dispute handling, and compliance. No transmission method is risk-free; clients should redact unrelated personal information and use secure channels for sensitive evidence.
Your choices
You can ask about access, correction, or deletion of information through the enquiry instructions in our Telegram channel. Some records may need to be retained for legal, fraud-prevention, or transaction reasons.
