LEGAL / CLIENT PROTECTION
Service limits & disclaimer
What X VAULT does, does not do, and cannot promise in platform and reputation cases.
Last updated September 16, 2026What we do
We assess authorized account recovery, policy appeals, eligible content and account reports, impersonation incidents, username and brand rights questions, reach restrictions, search removals, domain abuse, review disputes, and reputation response.
What we do not do
We do not ask for passwords or one-time codes, access accounts without authorization, submit false reports, manufacture trademarks or identities, sell verification badges, operate username sniping bots, or claim hidden control over platform employees.
No guaranteed third-party outcome
A platform, search engine, host, registrar, reviewer, or legal authority controls its own decision. Prior outcomes do not guarantee a future result. Timing estimates are not deadlines imposed on those third parties.
Eligible content only
Content is not removable simply because it is unwanted, embarrassing, critical, or commercially inconvenient. Requests need a legitimate policy, privacy, safety, intellectual-property, contractual, or legal basis.
Not legal advice
General information and case preparation are not a substitute for advice from a qualified lawyer in the relevant jurisdiction. Matters involving disputed defamation, court orders, criminal allegations, or urgent safety issues may require counsel or law enforcement.
Independent service
X VAULT is independent and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or an employee of X, Meta, Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, Telegram, Google, YouTube, Reddit, WhatsApp, Microsoft, or other named platforms.
