Treat impersonation as an incident, not a single report
The visible fake account is often only one part of a funnel. Its bio may route victims to a Telegram account, a WhatsApp number, a spoof domain, or a payment address. Removing only the first profile leaves the conversion path intact.
A coordinated response preserves every component, proves the identity being copied, and submits the right evidence to each platform, registrar, host, or payment provider. The order matters: preserve first, warn at-risk users, then pursue enforcement.
