CASE ELIGIBILITY

Where this service fits.

Lookalike brand domains
Credential-harvesting pages
Fake investment or payment sites
Malware distribution
Unauthorized brand use
Websites coordinating impersonation

A domain has several control layers

The registrar, DNS provider, CDN, host, browser blocklist, and search engine each control a different part of the user journey. An effective escalation identifies the provider that can act on the specific abuse rather than sending the same notice everywhere.

Evidence is preserved first because malicious sites often move providers, hide behind reverse proxies, or disappear temporarily after detection.

Suspension requires a real abuse basis

A website cannot be suspended simply because a competitor dislikes it. Qualifying issues may include phishing, malware, fraud, trademark impersonation, illegal content, privacy violations, or breaches of provider terms.

We decline fabricated abuse reports and refer disputed ownership or defamation matters for appropriate legal review when necessary.

CASE PROTOCOL

How the case works.

01

Preserve

Record DNS, hosting, certificates, page behavior, and victim flows before the operator moves.

02

Attribute

Map registrar, reseller, host, CDN, payment links, and connected social accounts.

03

Escalate

Send fact-specific notices to the providers with actual control over the abuse.

04

Recheck

Monitor DNS changes, replacement domains, and surviving access paths.

DUE DILIGENCE

Before you start.

01Can a registrar delete a website?

A registrar controls the domain registration, not necessarily the hosted content. Depending on the abuse, the host, CDN, DNS provider, or registry may be the more appropriate responder.

02What if the site hides behind a CDN?

The CDN may accept abuse reports or forward them to the origin host. DNS history, certificates, page assets, and connected infrastructure can help identify additional control points.

03Can you guarantee a domain suspension?

No. Providers make independent decisions based on their terms, evidence, and applicable law.
